This store is operated by Zari Boutique, Plot 280, Township Block 12 Sector B 1, Lahore, Punjab 54770, Pakistan. "We", "us" and "Zari" refer to Zari Boutique; "you" refers to the customer placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current contact and delivery details, and to keep your account password secure if you create an account.

Every Zari piece is handcrafted in small runs using zari work, embroidery, and tailored construction. Because of this:

• slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery placement and finish are normal and are not faults;
• screen settings can make colours look different in real life;
• measurements are approximate within the tolerances stated on each product page.

We work hard to describe every product accurately, but if you receive something that does not match its description, contact us and we will put it right.

Made-to-measure fitting is available on request for selected pieces. When you order made-to-measure:

• you are responsible for the measurements you supply — please measure carefully or ask us to guide you;
• made-to-measure and customised pieces are cut specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty or not made to the measurements you supplied;
• production takes longer than ready-to-wear; the estimated lead time will be confirmed before you pay.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the cost of the garment only. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes outside Pakistan are the customer's responsibility. We may change prices, run promotions, or correct pricing errors at any time; the price shown at the moment you confirm your order is the price that applies.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item sells out, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout page. Your card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never touch our servers. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

We ship worldwide from Lahore, Pakistan.

• Free shipping on every order.
• Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2–4 working days; made-to-measure pieces take longer, as confirmed at order.
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Any delays once a parcel is with the courier are outside our control, but we will always help you trace it.
• Please make sure your delivery address is correct — we cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched.

We offer 30-day easy returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear pieces.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached.
• Made-to-measure and customised pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the measurements you supplied.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, are valid for the period stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

All content on this website — photography, product designs, illustrations, copy, the Zari name and logo — belongs to Zari Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this store: no scraping, hacking, spamming, reselling our images, placing fraudulent orders, or posting unlawful or abusive content in reviews. We may suspend or cancel accounts and orders that break these rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zari Boutique is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or delay caused by events beyond our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. The date at the top shows the last revision.
